We allow residential and commercial energy customers to compare and choose energy plans quickly and easily online. is a subsidiary of Integrity Energy, LTD, a national commercial energy brokerage with over 10 years’ experience in the industry.

This is a legal contract between you and Integrity Energy, LTD. (includes “us”, “we” or “our”), doing business as, and covers all aspects of your use of this and any other website we own or control (the “Website”), and of any product or service that we may supply to you, to the extent these terms are not superseded by the terms of any other agreement governing the delivery of such product or service.

Why does collect information?

The information you submit on our site is used primarily to complete energy plan signups that have been requested by you, the customer. We also use this and other information to improve the site’s overall experience, and make it easier for our customers to learn more about energy shopping, compare rates and switch suppliers.

Will sell my information?

If you choose a new energy plan through our energy marketplace, we will share your information with your energy supplier of choice – this is done only to ensure that your requested energy plan will go into effect.

What information does collect, and how is it used?


Your name is needed in order to submit signup requests when requesting a new energy plan. When we forward your request for a new energy plan enrollment along to a supplier, a customer’s name is required by the supplier in order to complete enrollment on their end.

We ask for your phone number in order to contact you while processing your request, and to further validate your identity. In case there are any questions or more details are required to complete your enrollment, it is helpful for and your new energy supplier to have a phone number to contact you.

Email address

We ask for an email address to communicate while processing your request, and to further validate your identity. In case there are any questions or more details are required to complete your enrollment, it is helpful for and your new energy supplier to have an email address to contact you.

You may also receive newsletters and offers from us at this email address. These mailings contain clear information on how to unsubscribe, and we honor all requests as quickly as possible.

We may ask for a service address and billing address (if different from service address) when necessary to process your request, and to further validate your identity. Your address is needed by your new energy supplier to ensure that your new energy plan is activated for the correct account.

Other ways we use information

In addition to the specific uses set forth above we may also use your information in order to:

  • Communicate with you.
  • Confirm and manage your subscription.
  • Provide written proof to any regulatory authority your use of this website or purchases made from us.
